Word of the Day: OVERWHELMED

As in, "I am overwhelmed."

Sigh.

Just had to get that out there. A couple of tasks before me loom as large as the Himalayas. I never wanted to be a mountain climber. Sometimes I just want to give up, change my plans and find something easier to do.

Sigh.

Might this be the essays that you have to write? If it is, I know YOU CAN DO IT, incredible writer Kelly. If it isn't essays, then I don't have another guess, but I bet I still think you can do it. I'm not a mountain climber, either, but I'm good at cheering others on! Love you...

I was JUST saying to Adam "I feel overwhelmed with all we have to do." Packing, moving, plane tickets, etc...I don't want to climb a mountain either. sigh. I feel ya.

Good guess, Rama! The essays are indeed one of the overwhelming tasks before me.

Hang in there, Kell. One step at a time and just do what you can do TODAY.

Speaking of overwhelmed: your blog roll is getting just a tad long. I know you have lots of friends, and I am all for being inclusive, but there is an implied credibility when adding someone to your roll. Just be careful.

My Greek teacher always said that if you want to get past a mountain, use a teaspoon.. not a shovel.. perhaps that is the way to get past your mountain of things.. but I kind of know that your gone make it.. just get in there..
