This morning I awoke to the sound of a lawnmower. Coming from So Cal, the early morning (annoying) sound of a lawnmower is not all that unusual (unless you live in Beverly Hills where they have noise ordinances that restrict the use of annoying noisy lawn-care equipment). And then I remembered I no longer live in Southern California.
