I love Fridays. They are the first manifestation of the promise of a weekend. Although I don't 
usually have a lot of energy to paint the town red on Friday nights, I inevitably enjoy a relaxing night at home or casual meal with a friend and find whatever I do a perfect start to the weekend.
Today's Friday is off to a good start. The weather is near perfect in temperature (it could be a few degrees cooler for me, but in the shade it's perfect), the skies are clear and bright and I met up with my friend Charlyn for a lunch at Chang's Thai Bistro in Monrovia. Pad See Ew with Chicken--Yum. They even brought our rice shaped in a heart. How can you not smile at that?

Yes, the food is tasty. The first weekend they opened was just Ok but the few times I've been since were delicious. Recommend!
Um, can you send some of that warm weather my way? It snowed here today!!!! I can't wait to get to So. Cal in a couple of weeks!
And, I miss Dr. Q Dental! The best dentist EVER!
